Description

Home Care Gröndal is seeking two flexible and responsible colleagues who are passionate about development, collaboration, and improvement work.

You should preferably have previous experience in care work, and it is a merit if you have worked in psychiatry before.

Working hours will be scheduled during days, evenings, and weekends.

Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis.

Job Responsibilities

To provide care and service centered around the user's needs according to the assistance decision and implementation plan, with respect for the user's integrity, participation, and self-determination.

As a nursing assistant, you will also be the primary care contact for the individual user, responsible for care and assisting with contacts with authorities, relatives, healthcare, etc.

Your tasks will also include IT-based documentation and administration as well as delegated health and medical care tasks.

Qualifications

Care and nursing program or other education that provides nursing assistant competence as well as good computer skills. The position requires good collaboration skills, flexibility, and independence. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability and experience is a merit!

Requirements to provide medication delegation and insulin delegation.

Conditions

As of July 1, 2023, nursing assistant is a protected professional title, and to be eligible as a nursing assistant, a certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare must be submitted.

Approved grades in Swedish are required.

We are responsible for our elderly, people with disabilities, and the municipality's home healthcare. The administration also works with rehabilitation and prevention to ensure that our citizens can live a good life throughout their lives.
