The Role of Psychologist

We are looking for a licensed psychologist. In your role as a psychologist at Bra Liv Eksjö Health Center, you will assess, investigate, and treat adult patients with mild to moderate mental health issues according to the region's guidelines for psychosocial work in primary care.

You will work independently with assessments and treatment interventions. Within the team, we value our opportunity for collegial support and collaboration. In primary care, we strive for high accessibility, which means you will primarily work with shorter treatment contacts. We work with treatment both individually and in groups. You will be part of the health center's psychosocial team and will also collaborate closely with other professional categories at the health center around the patient. The position is a permanent full-time employment (100%) starting as agreed.

The Bra Liv Health Centers are the regionally driven primary care in Jönköping County and consist of 33 health centers. Our goal is "Better health for all", which we achieve by showing care, thinking holistically, and creating quality. The health center consists of a centrally located facility in Eksjö center, a branch in Kvarnarp, and a branch in Mariannelund, as well as a local service at Ica Supermarket in Eksjö.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who are a licensed psychologist. If you have CBT competence level 1/IPT level 1 and preferably experience in primary care, it is an advantage but not a requirement. You enjoy and are driven to work for good quality and have the ability to plan, prioritize, execute, and evaluate. As a person, you are empathetic, secure, attentive, and have a good approach. You are positive and flexible, with an easy time adapting to different situations that may arise quickly in a workplace. We would like you to be good at working independently in your profession but also have an easy time collaborating and cooperating with others. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
