About the job as Quality Engineer

As a Quality Engineer with us at Jefferson Wells, working at Siemens Energy in Finspång, you will be a key person in the Project Quality Team. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring quality activities in production. The role means you will be the main contact for project quality within internal production and ensure that quality standards are not only met but exceeded.

Your main responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and prioritize quality activities in production.
Act as the main contact for project quality within internal production.
Manage customer certifications and ensure that quality requirements are met.
Collect and review quality documentation (e.g., QRL, QCP, ICR).
Contribute to driving the project forward through structured and proactive work.

The candidate we are looking for

We are looking for someone with an engineering background and a genuine interest in quality and production. You are structured, communicative, and enjoy collaborating in teams. To succeed in this role, you need to have the ability to drive projects forward and create order in complex processes.

We would like you to have:

Engineering degree in mechanics, electrical engineering, power engineering, process engineering, or similar.
2-5 years of work experience in the field of quality.
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Experience or education related to the design/manufacturing/operation of rotating machinery (meritorious).
Previous experience in a quality organization (meritorious).
