We are in an exciting and intense phase where we are growing rapidly. We are now looking for a dedicated Maintenance Manager who wants to contribute to the development of our production through modern, proactive, and sustainable maintenance work. Are you the one we are looking for?
Your role
As a Maintenance Manager at PartnerTech, you will lead, distribute, and develop the work within the maintenance function. We are experts in complex machining of difficult materials, and our machinery mainly consists of advanced multi-axis machines and multi-tasking lathes. The goal of your work and that of your colleagues in the maintenance department is to ensure that operations function stably, safely, and in line with the company's goals and strategies.
The role includes personnel responsibility for 6 employees, and within the framework of your leadership, we want you to drive both competence development and continuous improvement work. You will report to our Technical Manager.
A selection of your responsibilities;
- Continuously work to increase operational reliability and productivity.
- Create clear routines and processes for preventive, planned, and emergency maintenance.
- Follow up, evaluate, and document maintenance activities.
- Responsible for contact and procurement of services with external suppliers regarding service and maintenance.
- Plan for and monitor the commissioning of new equipment.
- Ensure the availability of critical spare parts.
- Responsible for the maintenance and service of forklifts.
- Responsible for property-related issues and fire safety.
- Contribute to a safe working environment, the right quality and service level, and profitable operations.
Your profile
We are looking for someone with solid technical expertise and several years of experience in maintenance work. You have a natural ability to create structure, prioritize, and drive improvement work with a clear overall perspective. To be successful in your work, it is important that:
- You have documented leadership experience.
- You have good knowledge of the Office suite and Monitor, as well as high system understanding in general.
- You have good negotiation skills with experience in ordering services and equipment from suppliers.
- You have basic knowledge of Lean.

About the company
Our production facilities are located in Karlskoga and Filipstad and consist of approximately 85 CNC-controlled machining machines with up to 5 axes. In addition, our facilities include modern equipment for non-destructive testing and optical measurement. With today's rapid pace of change, it is a given for us to invest forward and continuously develop, while constantly ensuring that we possess the right competence.
