About the Role

Do you want a key role in some of the country's most exciting projects in the energy industry even before they start? As a Calculator with us, you will be involved in the earliest phases of projects, where you contribute your expertise, business understanding, and ability to produce well-founded calculations.

You will become an important part of our transformation journey, where we together develop our working methods and create future solutions.

Your Responsibilities

As a Calculator, you will work closely with several functions within the organization. You will:

• Conduct cost calculations in electrical installation projects, primarily regarding control installations and electricity distribution within Hydropower.
• Evaluate tender requests and, together with the Bid Manager, present a credible and commercially strong offer to the customer for decision.
• Support the execution organization during the project's implementation, with calculations of additional work, for example.

Requirements

Who are you?

You are business-driven and motivated to create value and contribute to our competitive bids. You are solution-oriented and self-driven with a strong desire to contribute to improvement and development. Your good communication skills make you thrive in collaboration with both colleagues and customers, and you easily build trust and relationships. You have experience as, for example, a calculator, project manager, construction engineer, or leading installer.

We are looking for you who have:

• Experience in electrical contracting within the energy, industrial, or installation sectors.
• Good ability to assess work efforts and necessary materials for different types of contracts and compile them into clear calculations.
• Relevant education in technology or equivalent work experience.
• The ability to sometimes travel to customer facilities to measure and assess the scope of what needs to be calculated, often with overnight stays.

Meritorious:

• Experience with electrical installations within Hydropower.
• Experience with calculation programs, Excel, and digital tools for cost estimation.
• Knowledge of contract law and commercial terms.
