The role of Care Assistant & Nursing Assistant with us

In this role, you are responsible for providing care and social support tailored to each care recipient's individual needs. By offering a responsive and professional approach, as well as planning and executing daily activities, you contribute to creating a safe and pleasant environment for the care recipients.

Our offer and additional information

We offer a permanent position with placement according to agreement. Selection and interviews will be ongoing.

Regarding day and evening shifts and weekends: The position is full-time or according to agreement. Within the Administration for Care & Support, all employees in home care and care and nursing homes are employed at 100% employment rate, but employees have the opportunity to reduce to the desired employment rate based on the needs of the business. The schedule includes day, evening, and every other weekend shifts.

Regarding the position for permanent weekends: You will receive a permanent position where the weekend assignment is time-limited for six months with a chance of extension. The employment rate is 71 or 85% and includes time for workplace meetings (APT).

Before an offer of employment, an acceptable extract from the police criminal record must be presented. Background checks may be conducted before employment.

As of July 1, 2023, care assistant is a protected professional title.
