The Home Care Service center in Lilla Edet is growing, and we are now looking for new colleagues.

We are a dedicated workgroup that works towards a common goal.

The positions are full-time and based at the Home Care Service in central Lilla Edet.

Job Responsibilities

As an employee, you will provide individually tailored personal care and support as well as social stimulation. We place great importance on the citizens' integrity and work according to the values that are based on the individual's own wishes and abilities. Our mission is to be professional practitioners who work to strengthen the individual's abilities and resources so that they experience their everyday life as manageable and meaningful.

You will provide support, care, and assistance. The assignment also includes performing health and medical tasks as delegated. Documentation is also part of the daily work. Your work is guided by the fact that our elderly should have a safe and meaningful life, where the individual’s needs are at the center.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a trained nursing assistant and preferably has experience in the field
• Is confident in themselves and meets people in an engaged and professional manner.
• Is straightforward and clear in their communication and works well both independently and in a team.
• Has a B driver's license

You are a positive person who sees opportunities, is flexible, and enjoys working in a changing environment. You should be innovative and open to alternative working methods and hours, where the individual is the focus. Above all, you find it enjoyable and stimulating to work with care for the individual. It is an advantage if you have previous experience working in home care.
