Jobway is now recruiting, on behalf of our client, an anesthesiology nurse for their operations in Stockholm.

As an anesthesiology nurse, you will play a central role in preparing and monitoring patients during treatments involving sedation and local anesthesia. You will work closely with doctors and operating room nurses/assistants to ensure that patients receive the best possible care and a safe, pain-free experience. The work takes place within an outpatient surgical setting.

Your responsibilities include:

• Monitoring the patient's vital parameters
• Administering sedation medications
• Managing oxygen and supporting patients with decreased oxygen saturation
• Documenting medications, checks, and treatments in the patient journal
• Creating safety and good contact with patients during treatment

To succeed in this role, you have:

• Licensed nurse with specialist training in anesthesia or equivalent
• Experience in sedation and anesthesia
• Good communication skills and the ability to create a calm and safe environment for patients
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and enjoys working in a team
