About Us

The clinic consists of two sections, rheumatology and skin. The clinic has the region's overall responsibility for the care of patients with rheumatic diseases. The main activities in rheumatology are conducted through outpatient care. The clinic in Region Sörmland offers highly specialized care and is therefore under constant development and improvement. We strive for both high and broad competence, and there is close collaboration with other clinics. We work in an environment with established cooperation with university hospitals in both clinical practice and education. We offer a varied job, good opportunities for development, and a very good working environment in a well-functioning clinic. We handle patients with inflammatory joint and systemic diseases as well as vasculitis, etc.

Your Responsibilities

Standard outpatient activities within rheumatology. The position includes work in outpatient care, inpatient care, and consultancy. The duties correspond to the requirements set to obtain specialist competence in Rheumatology. Education and development work are important parts of our activities. Your responsibilities include daily outpatient and ward work under supervision, where you meet, assess, investigate, and treat patients with inflammatory diseases. Together with other staff members, you participate in the development work at the clinic.

Your Qualifications

You are a licensed physician and have completed your residency (AT or BT). As a person, you should be able to work independently and with various professional groups as well as in teams. You are development- and improvement-oriented, viewing changes as challenges and opportunities. Since our work is varied, we see that you are flexible and can easily adapt your work, approach, and attitude based on the patient and the situation. You have good collaboration with management and colleagues and care about everyone's participation. As a person, you appreciate collaboration across professions and can easily create good meetings with both patients, colleagues, and partners. We place great emphasis on personal qualities.

Employment Type

Probationary employment with the intention to transition into a ST position. Start date according to agreement.
