Job Description

As an IT/OT Engineer , you will be responsible for ensuring the operation and availability of IT systems, supporting production-related OT systems, and resolving IT-related issues affecting manufacturing. You will implement and maintain cybersecurity solutions for both IT and OT, integrate data flows between IT and OT, and develop interfaces for real-time data. Additionally, you will administer systems, troubleshoot incidents, and collaborate with vendors on complex issues. You will also drive improvement projects and introduce new technologies, with travel possible.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 3 years of experience in OT with a good understanding of IT/OT convergence and cybersecurity
• Experience with hardware and networks from HP, Dell, Casio, and industrial devices for integrated OT environments.

• Experience in Life Sciences, pharmaceuticals, food industry, healthcare, nuclear power, or other regulated industries
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Preferred qualifications:

• Technical education at the college/university level in computer science or similar
• Configuration of communication protocols such as Ethernet/IP, Profinet, OPC, and Modbus
• Experience with PLC/DCS systems (e.g., Siemens PCS7, ABB 800xA, Rockwell 5000, or DeltaV) and/or SCADA systems (Wonderware, WinCC, ABB)
• Documented experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, or similar)
