We are looking for a teacher in SVA for the spring term 2026 at 75%

We are looking for you who is a qualified teacher in SVA and who wants to work with our students in

grades F-6. If you have Montessori training or have worked with Montessori pedagogy, we see it as a plus. It is also meritorious if you have worked with students with NPF and inclusive pedagogy, as well as if you have worked in a multicultural environment, as we value inclusion and diversity.

You are confident in your teaching and adult role and have the ability to meet each student individually.

We value good pedagogical skills and an understanding of people's different conditions for acquiring knowledge. You have good collaboration skills and relate to others in a responsive and smooth manner while also being skilled at building and maintaining relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.

The position is a fixed-term employment for the spring term 2026.

Good Swedish in speech and writing is a requirement.

Start date January 7, 2026

Monthly salary according to agreement.

Gluntens Montessoriskola is an independent school in Uppsala. We have about 90 employees and about 600 children/students (including preschool children). Children can start in preschool as one-year-olds and stay in our school until grade 9. We have motivated students and engaged parents.
