You will be responsible for the offices in Nynäshamn and Visby, leading and coaching a team of 10 advisors in booked advisory services. Your leadership will be crucial for our offices to achieve success while also contributing to strengthening our position in the local market.

At Swedbank, you have the opportunity to:

  • Conduct advisory sessions and drive sales across all customer groups locally and nationally while strengthening Swedbank's brand through customer activities and local engagements.

  • Set direction and allocate resources while ensuring that the national working method is followed at the offices.

  • Coordinate and manage resources between the offices to secure the operational office network according to the predetermined office formats and frameworks.

  • Collaborate across unit boundaries to ensure delivery on specific key KPIs such as overall SB profitability and growth, number of advisory meetings, conversion rates, as well as customer satisfaction and employee motivation within Lending & Advisory.

  • Optimize customer flows including customer experience and line efficiency within the Lending & Advisory offices while being responsible for good credit quality and risk exposure within established frameworks.

  • Implement national working methods and ensure compliance with processes and procedure descriptions.

  • Implement according to Swedbank's defined customer segmentation, service models, and final offerings.

  • Ensure that measures against financial crime (including onboarding and offboarding) are performed on SB customers.

  • Balance customer needs with service levels, pricing, and risk within the set and agreed governance principles, limits, and frameworks.

  • Tactically and operationally plan your organization and staff effectively according to the bank's distribution model.

  • Regularly coach your employees to ensure sustainable performance and that they develop in their self-leadership.

In this role, you need:

  • Relevant academic degree or equivalent competence in banking and finance.

  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience and documented leadership experience.

  • Experience in leading successful business transformation and very good strategic and tactical ability.

  • Experience in leading through others and the ability to translate strategy into plans, goals, and drive productivity.

  • Proven and excellent collaboration skills with various stakeholders.

  • Strong customer focus and understanding of customer needs and what can drive customer behavior.

  • Excellent knowledge and experience of the business within Saving, Lending, Insurance, as well as collaboration with Real Estate Agency and our proactive calling activities.

  • Licenses in Saving and Lending (Swedsec and Mortgage License) as well as Insurance Distribution Rights.

  • Knowledge of and understanding of new technology that will enable optimization of routing and smarter customer journeys in telephony.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in Swedish and English.

  • You are comfortable speaking in front of large groups and conveying messages in an inspiring and clear manner.
