Quality and Governance
The Regional Executive Administration has a team that works within Region Gotland's collaboration structure in the areas of education, healthcare, and social services.
The collaboration structure exists to create a common development force and to meet current and upcoming challenges.
The work is led by collaboration leaders and is carried out in assignment or project form based on the needs and priorities of Region Gotland's administrations for education, healthcare, and social services, with which you will work closely. Relevant operations and you will also collaborate with other collaboration leaders and development leaders.
Your Responsibilities
In the role of collaboration leader, you have a coordinating responsibility for cross-administrative collaboration between operations within Region Gotland that meet adults and the elderly. You receive your assignments from the administrative managers who are part of the collaboration structure for education, healthcare, and social services. You work in existing forums and in close cooperation with the managers, strategists, and collaboration leaders present there.
Your responsibilities include, among other things:
- identifying needs, initiating, driving, and leading development and collaboration.
- proposing plans, models, and/or structures for development work
- participating in or leading change work in the operations affected by the development work
- providing your own knowledge, ideas, methods, and tools
- organizing and conducting joint training sessions
- calling, conducting, and documenting meetings
- contributing to the design and development of the overall collaboration structure
- monitoring your area of responsibility.
Who Are You?
You have a higher education degree that is deemed suitable.
It is meritorious if you are also educated in organizational development, quality issues, collaboration, process management, change management, as well as results and knowledge management. You have experience in leading development and change work, and it is an advantage if you have experience working in a politically governed organization.
You demonstrate a high level of personal maturity and confidence in your professional behavior. You have good self-awareness, can distinguish between personal and professional, and adapt your behavior according to the demands of the situation.
You work independently and take responsibility for your tasks by structuring your approach and driving processes forward. Your ability to plan, organize, and prioritize allows you to maintain clear timelines and create order in your work.
You are goal- and result-oriented and let set goals guide both priorities and actions. When circumstances change, you adjust your direction in a flexible and constructive way to ensure continued progression.
In collaborations, you relate to others in a responsive and smooth manner. You communicate clearly, listen actively, and contribute to resolving conflicts constructively. Your verbal communication is clear, engaging, and well-balanced according to the context – whether it concerns smaller meetings or larger groups.
You work with quality awareness and precision, with a clear understanding of the goals and standards to be achieved. You place great importance on delivering results that meet or exceed these requirements.
About the Regional Executive Administration
As part of Region Gotland, the Regional Executive Administration is responsible for corporate governance, strategic planning, and case preparation. We also work with regional development and cultural and recreational activities. We serve as internal support to the region's other administrations. Together, we care for quality and efficiency for those we serve. Through our responsibility for emergency services in Gotland, we are also an important part of citizens' safety and security.
