We are building Gotland - do you want to join us? We are looking for a building materials salesperson for our facility Snicken Klinte. The focus of the position is the sale of building materials through quotation calculations for customer projects.

THE POSITION

As a building materials salesperson at Snicken Klinte, your workday mainly consists of making quotation calculations for building materials for customer projects. You read drawings and project documents, perform quantity calculations, propose solutions, and recommend products that fit the customer's needs and budget. You create quotations, offer them, and follow up. You build long-term relationships and provide reliable support throughout the process – from the first inquiry to final delivery. The role also includes ensuring that each customer receives the right materials, in the right quantities, and at the right time. This involves close dialogue with both customers, suppliers, and colleagues at the facility. You are simply a central part of making the customer's construction project as smooth, efficient, and sustainable as possible.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who has a good ability to calculate and plan the material supply for construction and renovation projects. You are service-oriented, social, and quickly build trust – previous experience and relationships in construction are a significant plus.

You have drive and commitment, are unpretentious, and enjoy varied tasks. At the same time, you are structured, orderly, and meticulous in administration and order flows. You are solution-oriented, confident in making decisions, and enjoy working with both people and products. As a person, you are positive, stable, and responsible.

Since Snicken Klinte is a smaller unit, we value your flexibility and readiness to help where needed.

Experience from the building trade or construction industry is advantageous. A B driver's license is required.

PRACTICAL

The position is a permanent full-time employment. 6 months probationary period. Working hours are scheduled in shifts, Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 5 PM.
