The IT department of the County Administrative Boards is national and works for all 21 County Administrative Boards in Sweden.

In our organization, the role of software developer is undergoing an exciting transformation. As AI tools increasingly assist traditional software development, the need for developers who can translate operational needs into clear solution descriptions is growing – the new interface between humans and machines.

In this role, you will work in an agile and operation-close manner. You will:

• Work with document generation and management of document templates.
• Collaborate with the business to understand and translate their needs into effective solutions.
• Drive quality throughout the delivery in the DevOps flow, from development to operations.
• Work in complex IT environments with high demands for availability, security, and usability.

Qualifications

Requirements

We are looking for someone with a higher education or post-secondary education of at least 2 years in the IT field.

You also have experience in:

• Working in the SmartDocuments platform, especially with SmartEditor for template development.
• Software development in complex projects and organizations.
• Unit and integration testing with xunit.
• DevOps environments and agile working methods (Scrum/Kanban).
• .NET (Framework & Core) and C#.
• Accessibility and WCAG.
• Frontend solutions in Vue.js.
• Clean Architecture.
• SQL Server.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and professional English in writing.

Desirable

If you have experience with mapping solutions using OpenLayers or Esri, that is an advantage, as well as frontend solutions in Angular.

We would also like you to have experience as a developer from the County Administrative Boards.

The salary level for this position is approximately 35,000 - 40,000 SEK.
