In the role of Software Support Engineer, you will have a central position in the company's technical deliveries and customer relations. You will primarily work with software maintenance, system updates, and technical customer support for their advanced monitoring and automation systems. The work involves analyzing and addressing technical issues, identifying bugs in the software, and initially attempting to resolve these before the case is escalated within the organization if necessary.

An important part of the role is to ensure that both the company's internal systems and customers' systems are correctly updated. You are responsible for software levels and ensure that new releases are distributed, configured, and quality assured so that operations remain stable and uniform. The role also includes regular customer contact, where you handle incoming calls from customers with varying technical challenges several times a week. In addition to support and maintenance work, you will also participate in internal projects, for example related to release management or further development of the company's solutions.

• Has a university degree in computer engineering, computer science, or equivalent
• Has at least one year of work experience in software development, including aspects of release management and/or system support
• Has good skills in C++
• Can communicate fluently in Swedish and English in both speech and writing, as these languages are used in daily work

It is a merit if you:

• Have experience in C#
• Have experience in Python
• Have knowledge in React
• Have an interest in Computer Vision/Machine Learning/Mathematics

We are looking for someone who has a confident and professional approach in customer dialogues and who can independently deliver qualified technical support. You are analytical and solution-oriented, with the ability to methodically tackle complex technical issues and drive them towards a clear solution. To succeed in the role, it is important that you are self-driven, structured, and meticulous, and have the ability to conduct qualified initial analyses and escalate cases further in a clear and professional manner if necessary.
