We are looking for an engaged and analytical person who wants to combine relationship-building work with data-driven development. The role is a combination of Junior Account Manager and Administrator, where you will nurture and develop our employer relationships while structuring data and insights to improve our matching work between candidates and companies.

You will also assist with reporting on our projects and provide administrative support in our application processes.

Position:
Administrator Junior & Account Manager

Responsibilities:

As an Administrator:
- Compile and analyze data from our CRM system (Ponty) to identify trends and needs
- Assist with reporting in our various projects
- Provide administrative support in our application and project processes

As a Junior Account Manager:
- Develop and nurture relationships with employers and partners
- Follow up on collaborations and ensure high satisfaction among employers
- Contribute to upselling our services and initiatives
- Be the point of contact and provide professional support throughout the process

Requirements:

- Fluent in Swedish and good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
- Experience in customer responsibility, partnerships, or Account Management is an advantage
- Familiarity with working with data, preferably in CRM systems and Excel/Google Sheets is a plus
- Analytical ability to transform data into practical improvements is a plus
- Experience in labor market or educational initiatives for newcomers is a plus
