Job Advertisement: Store Salesperson and Store Production

Do you love interior design and sales and keep up with current trends in the field? Do you want to work in an organization that cares about both people and the climate? We are now looking for two employees for our unit on Ystadvägen in Malmö. The positions are combined roles as store salesperson and work in the associated store production.

As an employee in our store production, your main task is to take care of incoming donations and ensure that our stores and our webshop are supplied with high-quality and sellable goods. You will sort, assess, and price our products and prepare them for delivery and sale in the store. This is combined with store work that includes merchandising, restocking, cleaning, cashier work, and customer service.

Are you the one we are looking for?

To thrive in this role, we believe you have an interest in fashion, gadgets, antiques, and interior design, preferably with experience in the field. This, along with a strong sales drive and a love for customer interactions, is essential. You must have a good command of the Swedish language as you will be instructing individuals who are doing internships with us. The work is partially physically demanding, so it is required that you are in good physical shape. A driver's license is advantageous, as collecting with our Myrorna vehicle may be part of the duties.

As a person, you are efficient, enjoy a fast-paced work environment, and have the ability to work towards overall goals. Furthermore, you have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with others. With your positive attitude, there is no problem that cannot be solved as you are attentive, flexible, and eager to take the initiative for improvements.

The unit consists of a staff group of about 10 employees and a number of interns engaged in various forms of labor market policy measures.

We are now looking for two 50% positions, which are permanent employment, starting immediately. A probationary period applies.
