About the role of Senior Account Manager

As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a key role in Coromatic's most complex and significant business deals. You will work at a national level and be responsible for a strategic customer portfolio of approximately 15-30 larger customers, both existing and new. The role includes driving and developing your own customer portfolio and managing your own pipeline, ensuring a high level of activity, and continuously expanding the customer portfolio through proactive and targeted sales efforts.
 

The deals are complex, technically advanced, and involve many stakeholders both externally and internally. The customers are often larger multinational companies as well as authorities and public organizations. You drive the entire process from early dialogue and needs analysis to negotiation, contract, and handover to the delivery organization. The role requires a combination of strategic insight, strong business acumen, and the ability to work operationally close to the customer over time.

You report to the Head of Sales for the Data Center area and collaborate extensively internally with various functions including Solutions, Service, Project Managers, and Technical Experts.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for Coromatic's most complex and significant business deals from identified lead to completed deal.
  • Develop sales plans and segment strategies for prioritized customers and markets.
  • Follow up on KPIs, pipeline, business status, and strategic activities.
  • Manage complex negotiations, contracts, and commercial terms.
  • Coordinate internal functions and ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Represent Coromatic in meetings with authorities, public organizations, and larger private companies.

About you

To succeed in this role, we see that you are a confident, senior business person driven by creating long-term value for customers and building businesses with high complexity. You thrive in consultative B2B sales, work in a structured manner, and have the ability to both build relationships and lead processes with many different stakeholders.
 

As a person, you have good strategic abilities and are proactive in seeking contacts, seeing strong relationships and networks as keys to success. You have good collaboration skills and understand that complex deals and deliveries require good stakeholder management both externally and internally to ensure the best possible delivery. With your experience in working with complex deals, you likely have a confidence and calmness in your personality that gives a trustworthy impression to customers. Lastly, you have good endurance, which is required with such long sales cycles.

Important for the position:

  • Several years of experience in complex B2B sales.
  • Documented good results in roles with large deals, long cycles, and multiple decision-makers.
  • Strong business understanding and experience working with larger accounts at a national level.
  • Experience and ability to drive strategic sales plans, conduct procurements, and lead negotiations.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English.
  • Driver's license B and ability to travel for work.

Meritorious:

  • Experience in public procurement or working with authorities.
  • Experience from data centers, IT infrastructure, technical systems, or related areas.
  • Experience from construction contracts or environments where many subcontractors are coordinated.
