At Bauer Media Outdoor, you will become a central part of an engaged and goal-oriented sales team where you will have significant responsibility, clear sales targets, and good conditions to create new business. We are now looking for an Account Manager for our Direct Customer Team!

About the role

As an Account Manager, you will be part of an engaged and goal-oriented team and work with both new customer acquisition and the further development of existing customers. You will be responsible for achieving set sales targets and contributing to strengthening Bauer Media Outdoor's position in the market.



Your main responsibilities:
  • Drive the entire sales process from first contact to signed agreement
  • Prospect, plan, and execute sales efforts towards defined customer segments and decision-makers
  • Work towards clear sales and visit goals via phone and customer visits
  • Book and hold customer meetings – both digitally across the country and physically in Stockholm
  • Build long-term relationships and create new business
  • Document customer activities in the CRM system and compile market and customer information
  • Support the team in several sales processes and act as a professional business partner internally and externally

About you

We are looking for someone with experience in B2B sales who can demonstrate documented success in achieving and exceeding targets. You are used to working with complex business processes, multiple decision-makers, and have experience with CRM systems as well as Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).



Meritorious, but not a requirement:
  • Experience from the media industry or outdoor advertising
  • Knowledge in marketing and media solutions
  • Education in sales, B2B, economics, marketing, or similar
  • Power BI knowledge

The position is a temporary contract starting in January 2026 – October 2026 with good opportunities for extension.
