About the role:

As a sales leader, you are a key person in the daily operations of the store. You lead a specific area of responsibility – for example, fruits & vegetables, online, or product flow – and drive sales, customer satisfaction, and improvement initiatives.

You work closely with sales managers and the store manager, and you help shape the store's results by:

• Creating the best customer experience with joy in food, inspiration, and world-class service.
• Coaching employees in your area towards common goals.
• Initiating and driving improvements that enhance profitability and efficiency.
• Ensuring routines and contributing to a safe and pleasant work environment.
• Actively working with sustainability – both in the product range and in everyday life.

Who are you?

You have experience in retail, service, or restaurants – and preferably experience leading others. You are a team player with drive, a sense of responsibility, and an eye for customer needs. Multilingualism and interest/experience in different cultures are advantageous.
