ABOUT THE POSITION
This is the role for you who enjoys economics, sales, and digitalization. Together with an ambitious team, you will have daily contact with potential customers consisting of CEOs/CFOs within the Swedish business community.
As an Account Executive, you will take over where Business Developers and external partners have generated leads, and you will be responsible for driving them further through the entire sales process. You will act as your own start-up with a can-do personality and be a key player in establishing BrightAnalytics further in the Swedish market.
BrightAnalytics is one of the fastest-growing FinTech companies in Belgium. With their SaaS solution, they help companies automate management reporting. They are an international scale-up company with the ambition to become the European market leader, with offices in Rotterdam, Oslo, Stockholm, Copenhagen, and Paris.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Tasks
As an Account Executive, you will take on newly prospected customers and advance the sales process, where you will also create engagement and interest in meetings with dynamic and complex companies. It requires that you have a good understanding of business structures and the challenges that CFOs and CEOs face daily. You will:
- Understand the requirements and needs of prospective customers.
- Introduce customers to the BrightAnalytics story and create engagement.
- Map business opportunities through targeted segmentation.
- Increase the number of leads through targeted sales activities (such as sales activities, fairs, and seminars).
- Find new and creative ways to strengthen the brand.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Has a university degree (bachelor's or master's) in economics, finance, management, or a related field.
- Has relevant work experience, preferably in business development, management consulting, business analysis, or SaaS. Experience in sales is highly meritorious.
- Has excellent knowledge of Swedish and English; Swedish is essential for handling the platform's complexity, and English is widely spoken internally.
- Is communicative and confident in dialogue with C-level contacts, both verbally and in writing.
- Has a strong interest in finance, entrepreneurship, and how companies operate.
- Is self-driven, eager to learn, persistent, and adaptable.
- Thrives in a dynamic environment where you structure your agenda and priorities.
- Is motivated by a results-oriented environment and easily sees business opportunities.
