We are now looking for summer substitutes at Vardaga Villa Silvertorget in Sigtuna for the summer of 2025. You will receive introductory training with valuable knowledge about care and service.

You see each individual and have the ability to understand what each person needs. Thanks to you, those who live with us can maintain their lifestyle and habits. At the same time, you develop valuable knowledge about care, service, and aging. As a nursing assistant/care assistant, you play a key role in a team with a nurse, occupational therapist, and physiotherapist who work closely together.

At Vardaga in Sigtuna, we offer elderly care of high quality with competent staff. Where the customer's needs and wishes are in focus. There is a communal garden and greenhouse for cultivation and pleasant socializing.

Villa Silvertorget offers accommodation for 60 elderly people in new, modern apartments. We want to provide care with heart, integrity, and choice based on the customer's needs and wishes. Socializing, safety, and the good meal moment are our focus. • Young Care: We have a collaboration with the company Young Care. This means that a team of young people aged 14–18 visits us on weekends and holidays. Young Care does various activities together with us who work here, to enhance the lives of the residents. • Group managers: You have a manager close to you who spends part of their time working in the operation. This can also be a career opportunity for you as a nursing assistant. • Animals in care: Here we work with animals in care and we have regular visits from therapy animals. Your experience and knowledge We guess that you who are applying to us: - are attracted to a job that is varied and requires extensive knowledge of care but also a talent for meeting people in different situations. - are a creative person who dares to think for yourself and take responsibility. - enjoy working in a team and supporting your colleagues.

We would like you to be a trained nursing assistant/care assistant or have equivalent experience in elderly care. Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing is a requirement, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important. If you have the right qualities, we will provide you with support and the opportunity to grow. Other Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Start date: By agreement.
