Your Responsibilities

At Agroflow, we have the opportunity to help our client in Färgelanda find their next colleague – a person who wants to be part of developing a growing business and contribute to sustainable and responsible animal husbandry. You will be employed by Agroflow but will work full-time on assignment with the client.

Our client operates a modern layer hen facility in Färgelanda, distributed across three locations. We are now looking for someone who is flexible, positive, responsible, and handy – and who enjoys physical work in an environment where animal welfare is at the center.

Do you love laying hens and want to work with these fantastic animals while contributing to good and safe animal husbandry? Then this could be the job for you.

As an Animal Caretaker, you will:

• Participate in the daily operation and care of the hens
• Perform simple repairs, service, and maintenance of equipment and facilities
• Collaborate with other staff and be an important part of the daily work
• Contribute to efficient and structured routines in a positive and forward-thinking work environment

Your Profile

Qualifications for the position:

• We are looking for someone with experience in agriculture and animal husbandry.
• Enjoys physical and practical work.
• Is solution-oriented and not afraid to pitch in when needed.
• Communicates clearly and well in Swedish.
• Is cooperative, responsible, and self-driven.

Meritorious:

• We view it very positively if you have education in infection control, animal husbandry, or similar fields.

About the Position:

• Full-time
• Probationary employment for 6 months (transition to permanent)
• Weekend work may occur
• On-call duty may occur

About the Company

The position is full-time/daytime, and you will be employed by us at Agroflow and rented out to our client. You will work from home and follow the schedule assigned to you. We offer comprehensive insurance for your safety while on assignment, and a present manager is available for support throughout the assignment, along with pension and paid vacation.
