Sodexo has been managing the FM assignment at AstraZeneca in Mölndal since 2012, covering areas such as Restaurant, conference, cleaning, logistics services, waste management, and landscaping. As we have great trust from our client to further develop and continuously improve our delivery regarding land and biodiversity, we are now looking for a secure and experienced gardener to meet set goals and exceed customer expectations.

As a full-time gardener, you will be part of a team where you can use creative thinking, practical skills, and knowledge. With knowledge of different types of plants and their environments, you can contribute to creating and maintaining pleasant and sustainable outdoor environments.

Job Description

We are now looking for someone who wants to work with garden management for Sodexo at AstraZeneca in Mölndal. In your role as a gardener, you will also keep sustainability in mind.

The work is carried out according to a jointly developed SLA (Service Level Agreement) that outlines what needs to be done, when it should be done, and the boundaries within each area.

The tasks are varied and may include gardening work such as mowing, hedge trimming, planting, new installations, paving, pruning, cleaning, etc.

Qualifications

• Driving license B
• Ability to express yourself in Swedish in speech and writing
• Experience in plant knowledge and plant care (perennials, shrubs, trees)
• Knowledge of pruning techniques and plant diseases
• Ability to read and follow drawings and maintenance plans
• Experience with machinery and tools for landscaping and gardening
• Basic knowledge of irrigation systems and drainage
• Understanding of sustainability and biodiversity in outdoor environments
• Certification in plant protection or gardening education

About the Position

Employment type: Seasonal employment

Scope: Full-time 40h/week

Working hours: Monday – Friday 07:00-16:00*

Start date: Immediately
