JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be part of a team with both educators and student assistants.

In your role as a teacher in after-school care, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating the educational work both individually and as part of a team. Together with your colleagues, you should focus on the school's values and the children's development within after-school care. An active values-based approach is a given for you. You have drive and contribute to the school's quality work.

In your role, you are involved in creating a safe foundation for our students/children. An important part of the work is to stimulate and motivate students to develop their abilities and create opportunities for learning, movement, and shared understanding within the after-school care mission. You should be well acquainted with the school's governing documents and aware of its documentation requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

You must have a teaching license. Other individuals with pedagogical education that the employer deems equivalent may be considered, but only for a fixed-term employment.

It is an advantage if you have previously worked as a teacher.

You should be able to express yourself well in both speech and writing. You should be able to communicate and collaborate with colleagues, students, guardians, and other professionals you encounter in your profession. You should have basic knowledge of Office 365 and relevant systems for the position.
