JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you want to contribute to the development of children and students in Karlskrona municipality? We are looking for dedicated staff for short-term assignments during the spring term of 2026.

About the Assignments

• The assignments are primarily salaried on a monthly basis, but may in some cases be hourly positions. The assignments start and end by agreement.
• The positions are as preschool teachers, childcare workers, and teaching assistants.
• Placement will occur at various preschools and schools in Karlskrona municipality.
• When applying, you will answer a few questions that help us find the best match for you.

As a staff member in the knowledge administration, you play an important role in contributing to the development, learning, and care of children and students. The assignments can vary from working in a preschool department with children aged 1-2 years to providing resources in classes for grades 4-6. You will be part of a workgroup and perform common tasks within preschool and school, but with some variation depending on your education and experience.

Please note that you must present an extract from the police criminal record before employment. Recruitment is ongoing during the advertisement period.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are primarily looking for someone who:

• Has education as a childcare worker and/or is a licensed preschool teacher.
• Has experience working with children and students.

If you do not meet the educational requirements above, you are still welcome to apply if you have another educational background and/or previous experience working with children and students.

As a person, you are flexible, responsible, and have a good attitude. You have a good ability to communicate and collaborate with colleagues, children, and guardians.
