Arena Education is now seeking an additional educational resource for a labor market training program.

Location: Ronneby

Position: Educational resource in restaurant and food services

Scope: Full-time

Employment type: Permanent or fixed-term employment (probationary employment applies)

Start date: As soon as possible or by agreement

Arena Education is an educational company that conducts adult education on behalf of over 70 municipalities, the Employment Service, vocational colleges, and private companies/employers, where we tailor training to match specific needs in the labor market. We offer a wide range of training programs, such as vocational training in Health and Care, Children and Leisure, Restaurant, Hotel and Tourism, Cleaning, as well as Swedish for immigrants, basic and upper secondary theoretical courses.

Together with us at Arena Education, you will help build the future of adult education for aspiring restaurant professionals.

The position involves working in collaboration with the vocational teacher to support students who need extra assistance to maintain a good study pace throughout their education. This may involve providing language support, assisting with profession-specific Swedish, being an extra resource during practical moments, or generally helping those who need support with their study techniques.

Requirements

* At least one (1) year of full-time professional experience in student support activities.

Additionally, we wish that you have/are:

* Good pedagogical skills

* Good communication skills, both verbally and in writing

* Solution-focused and flexible

Meritorious

* Experience in adult education and teaching students with a native language other than Swedish is meritorious

* Experience in the restaurant profession
