Job Description

As a Welding Teacher, you will play a central role in our students' development. You will teach and instruct both practical and theoretical aspects of the profession. With your experience and expertise, you will become an important role model, helping our students develop the skills needed in the job market.

Your responsibilities include:

• Planning, executing, and following up on teaching to ensure that each individual reaches their goals.
• Acting as a mentor and supporting our students during their workplace-based learning.
• Actively contributing to the development of our educational operations.

We are looking for someone who

We are looking for someone with a genuine technical interest and a strong desire to share your knowledge. You have a pedagogical flair and the ability to adapt your teaching to each individual's needs. Your collaborative and curious approach makes you a valued colleague and mentor.

Requirements:

• 3 years of professional experience in qualified welding work with MIG/MAG, TIG, and MMA
• Approved welding tests in all of the above methods
• Driving license B and fluent Swedish

Meritorious:

• Vocational teacher's degree
• Experience in teaching welding technology
• IWS certificate
