In the role of project engineer, you will belong to the team at the Gothenburg office within Digital Energy at Schneider Electric and work on projects with their products in property automation and future solutions in energy management and indoor climate. In the projects, you will work closely with project managers as technical support and be responsible for the technical solutions. The work is both office-based and out at customer sites. Schneider's customers range from municipalities and county councils to private actors as well as small and large industries. Geographically, customers are located in Gothenburg and surrounding areas.

Your tasks will include;

• Design, programming, and commissioning of Schneider Electric's products in property automation
• Coordination and contact with subcontractors in the execution of projects
• Operational review and training with customers as well as participation in inspections
• Function testing and troubleshooting of systems in property automation

We are looking for someone with a technical education in electrical engineering, automation, IT, programming, or similar, and experience in a similar role and work in property automation is a requirement. You have a good understanding of systems and experience working with control systems as well as programming skills in BACnet, Modbus, API, MQTT, or equivalent. You have experience working on technical projects and are preferably used to working closely with customers, managing customer contacts, and collaborating with subcontractors.

Your computer skills are good, and you have a strong interest in computers, IT, and network technology. You express yourself fluently in Swedish and have good knowledge of English. A driver's license (B) is a requirement.
