At Falck in Linköping, you have the chance to become one of three occupational health engineers in our team and a trusted expert partner to our clients. You will also be part of Falck's national forum for AMIs for exchange and, as a newcomer at Falck, have a mentor available.

What does the role of Occupational Health Engineer at Falck Health and Occupational Life entail?
This is a role for you who enjoys combining your technical expertise with a business-oriented and consultative approach. You are not just a technical specialist, but an advisor who builds long-term customer relationships.
You will actively engage in dialogue with clients to understand their needs, propose solutions, carry out assignments, and ensure that we create real value. You feel confident that your time and expertise are a valuable service that helps the client develop a safe and sustainable workplace.
Your main responsibilities:
- Investigation & Risk Assessment: Conduct occupational hygiene measurements, mapping, and risk assessments in areas such as noise, vibrations, chemicals, climate, and lighting.
- Analysis: Analyze building materials at our asbestos laboratory in Linköping.
- Training: Plan and conduct appreciated training sessions on systematic work environment management (SAM), chemical work environment risks, noise, ergonomics, and other relevant areas.
- Advisory & Strategy: Act as expert support for management teams and safety committees. Translate legal requirements and measurement results into concrete, operationally adapted proposals for action.
- Customer Relationships: Be the client's primary contact person in technical work environment matters, from needs analysis and quotes to implementation and follow-up.
Who are you?
To succeed and thrive in this role, we see that you are a driven and communicative person who can work independently but also values and develops unified teamwork. You have a pedagogical flair and can explain complex relationships in a customer-specific simple way.
Qualifications:
- University degree in occupational health engineering or other relevant technical education.
- Several years of work experience in a relevant field.
- Willingness and ability to independently investigate, analyze, and propose measures within the physical work environment.
- Driver's license (B), as travel in the job occurs, and preferably access to your own car (though not a requirement).
- You are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
It is an advantage if you have experience in microscopy and/or are accustomed to training/presenting to larger groups.
