Your Role
We are looking for a Security Protection Specialist who enjoys working in a constantly changing and dynamic environment where you need to handle the unexpected daily. As a Security Protection Specialist at Dynamics, you will work in an international environment where advanced security threats are part of everyday life, along with complex business environments and projects with high business impact.
In your role, you will provide support in the interpretation and control of compliance within the security field, as a result of laws, regulations, and standards, internal governance, or security requirements or conditions specified in legal acts such as contracts or similar. The main focus will be on security protection to support and work with governance for the business.
You will also be responsible for supporting, analyzing, setting, and following up on the security requirements placed on Dynamics regarding governance and compliance with internal and external regulations. The scope varies across the entire spectrum of security disciplines, such as personnel, physical, and information security.
The role also involves supporting the business in security management and ensuring security compliance, as well as being a key player in managing various security tasks, increasing security awareness, and maintaining control throughout the organization.
Your Profile
You are a true team player who always focuses on the team's results, whether the team is the security department, the business area/unit, Saab's corporate functions, or Saab as a company.
We see that you have:
- A university degree or equivalent competence acquired through work experience in the field of security management, crisis management, and/or similar
- Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing
- Good problem-solving skills and analytical ability
- A team player with the ability to build and maintain networks both within and outside your own organization
Meritorious:
- Experience working with Swedish security protection, including the Security Protection Act and/or similar
- Experience working with security requirements and compliance and/or security frameworks
- Experience implementing and/or driving ISO27001 work
- The ability to improvise, adapt, and overcome the unexpected
- Experience working in an international environment
The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail requirements for certain citizenship.
