We are looking for someone motivated by having greater responsibility and who has previous leadership experience as well as experience in managing customer relationships in a professional and responsible manner. You will coach staff and ensure a qualitative delivery of our services. Furthermore, we see it as a prerequisite that you have the ability to structure, delegate, and prioritize tasks.

Working Hours

Weekdays 08:00-16:30, excluding weekends. Some shifted working hours may occur, for example, during staff meetings or other discussions with shift-working employees.

Job Responsibilities

In the role of team leader, you will be responsible for daily operations and report directly to the operations manager. You will work closely with the operations manager to develop the business forward and ensure that we maintain good delivery and uphold a continued high quality of our services to the customer. You will be the link between the operations manager and group leadership and will be involved in processes such as recruitment, workplace environment issues, and finance. You are expected to have an interest in the entire business between Avarn and Saab and create an understanding of all important parts for us to succeed in our mission. The position as a team leader will offer some flexibility and independent work with a significant impact on planning and execution. Travel within Sweden may occur in the role.

Qualifications

You have good leadership qualities, a strong interest in people, and the ability to inspire your employees. In this role, you need to communicate very well in both spoken and written Swedish and English with your employees, manager, and customers. It is important to be responsive and have good collaboration skills. You can work independently, take responsibility, and have the ability to make your own decisions and follow up on them. As a team leader, you should also be able to analyze various processes and suggest and implement improvements.

For the position, it is required that you are clear and have the ability to create a good work environment, where our employees are at the center. To see, hear, and acknowledge employees in everyday life is key. As a team leader, you will be a central role model for our employees. We prefer that you have a structured working method where you involve employees to create participation.

As a team leader in production, it is advantageous if you have security guard training, several years of experience in the security industry, and preferably in a leading position. You have good knowledge of the Office environment, Teams, and preferably previous experience with systems such as GuardTools and Optima.

Basic Requirements

• High school diploma
• Good Swedish in speech and writing
• Driver's license B

You also need to be free of criminal records*, drug-free, have an orderly economy, and good health and fitness to be employed at Avarn Security.
