The role of Nursing Assistant, Care Assistant, and Aide with us

Work in home care consists largely of independent work and personal responsibility, but you also work together with your colleagues with the care recipient's best interests in focus. In your work, you will meet people with different needs and work in their homes. The work includes practical help such as care, support during meals, and various activities, so you will work at a flexible pace. You will have the opportunity to perform health and medical care interventions according to instructions and delegation from a nurse, as well as documentation that is done digitally.

You will drive a car in your job, and you will follow a schedule that will be allocated to day, evening, and every other weekend.

Your profile

You love working with people, you are a joy spreader who brings energy to your care recipients and colleagues. You contribute to the experience of security by taking responsibility for tasks and providing a reliable and professional approach. As a person, you enjoy working independently and can adapt to changing circumstances while seeing opportunities in everyday life. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.

We are looking for you who:

• are at least 18 years old
• hold a B driver's license
• express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written, as this is required in daily work

Our offer and additional information

We offer a permanent full-time position with start date according to agreement.

The position is full-time or according to agreement. Within the Department of Health & Care, all employees in home care and care homes are employed at a 100% employment rate, but employees have the opportunity to reduce to their desired employment rate based on the needs of the operation.
