Mediro AB will take over as the provider of the general medical emergency service on behalf of Region Halland in 2026. Our mission is based on a clear idea: the residents of Halland deserve a safe, reliable, and competent emergency service. With us, you will be part of a smaller team focused on quality, stability, and a good working environment.

Responsibilities

Emergency work during evenings, nights, and weekends including:

– telephone and video consultations for municipalities and home care

– home visits throughout Halland

– assessments in case of death

– care certificate assessments

– medical assessments at home and in special accommodations

You will always work together with at least one other doctor, which creates security and sustainable workload.

If you live in Halland, there is an opportunity to perform parts of the assignment from home, as much of the work is done via telephone. Home visits will then start from your residence, providing smoother logistics and shorter travel times.

Qualifications

Requirements:

– Specialist in general medicine

(or another relevant specialist with primary care experience)

– Swedish language proficiency in speech and writing at C1 level
