About us

Serigmo Care is a care company that offers services within HVB, supported housing, and transitional apartments for adults with various forms of addiction. Many of our clients also have some form of neuropsychiatric functional variation or suffer from mental health issues. Within Serigmo Care, there is also a short-term home where we receive guests in need of rehabilitation, support, and good care. Furthermore, we offer temporary accommodations. As a company, we also provide services within LSS, short-term homes, and camp activities for children and youth, as well as group housing within LSS for adults. We are geographically located in Mälardalen, the greater Stockholm area, Västra Götaland, and Skåne.

About the Villa Arelid operation

Villa Arelid is a short-term accommodation with 18 places for guests aged 40 and above. We are located about 15 minutes outside Alingsås, beautifully situated by Lake Anten. Our operation is primarily used by individuals with physical or mental disabilities, stroke, reduced general condition, or social disabilities. With us, the guest is at the center and is offered the best possible conditions to live a good life, develop, and strengthen as a person together with others based on their own conditions.

Villa Arelid Short-term Accommodation - Serigmo (serigmocare.se)

We work with Green Rehab twice a week, where we take advantage of the positive and beneficial effects of nature and gardening on people. This is done by being present and listening in and around nature or the garden at Villa Arelid, either together or individually. Examples of activities based on Green Rehab include nature walks, listening to birds, sowing tomatoes, and drinking our own tea in a creative and harmonious environment. We strive to create as creative and homely an environment as possible both indoors and outdoors.

The surroundings are characterized by nature, and we have a rehabilitation garden where there is an opportunity to participate in cultivation, planting, and rest/relaxation as part of the stay.

About you

You should be a licensed nurse with at least five years of experience. It is advantageous if you have further education in psychiatry and/or as a district nurse. Experience working with neurological disabilities or in psychiatry or addiction care is also meritorious. MI is advantageous, but training can also be offered within the framework of the position, as well as other training you may need to strengthen your competence to work with the target group. We place great importance on personal suitability and qualities such as good collaboration skills, flexibility, and the ability to work independently and in a team. You should also have an interest in being involved in the development of our operations.

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse, with a strong interest in working with individuals in need of health and medical care. We offer you an exciting job where you will be responsible for your own unit, with varied tasks where you will assess, organize, and perform various interventions, something we want to promote your personal development. Qualifications We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse with experience in the profession. We consider it advantageous if you have any of the following: experience from municipal health and medical care, education in psychiatry, palliative care, and dementia care, or specialist training as a district nurse or elderly care. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities, such as being responsible, observant, and confident in yourself, which enables you to provide safe health and medical care based on individual needs and make quick decisions. Given the variation of tasks and different situations that may arise, you should have the ability to work independently. Your communication skills are of great importance, both to create trusting relationships and for collaboration with colleagues to develop and maintain the quality of health and medical care.

Employment conditions

100% Start: By agreement Permanent employment

Daytime 07.30 to 16.00 or 08.00 to 16.30

Advisory on-call every other week by phone during evenings, nights, and weekends
