Summer Temp Positions Available at Coop!

We are currently seeking several summer temps with a good sense of service for roles in checkout/front store, stock replenishment, fish/deli, and bakery/dairy. We want you to have a strong initiative and a positive energy that is contagious, to recognize customer needs, and to deliver the best customer service in the industry with pride and joy.

As a person, you are creative and eager to contribute suggestions and ideas, and you find it easy to work in a team. You have an eye for detail and the commitment to create a welcoming, sales-oriented, and inspiring store. You thrive on challenges, see opportunities, and have a desire to continuously develop and improve both the business and yourself.

We need summer temps to cover all our different departments: checkout/front store, team replenishment, deli and fish counters, and dairy. Please include your preferences in your application regarding which department(s) you are most interested in working at. The tasks will vary, and you will be engaged in all common tasks that occur within the store. The important thing is that you contribute to ensuring that customers are always met with a fresh and well-stocked store and top-class service.

Together with your colleagues, you will be the face of the store, and for you, the customer is number one. You easily build long-term customer relationships and have the ability to inspire customers to enjoy shopping. Furthermore, you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and feel confident handling stressful situations.

Previous experience in grocery retail is highly desirable, but personal suitability is the most important for us. To work independently at the checkout, you need to be 18 years old at the start of the position, but younger employees can also be considered for stock replenishment roles.

The positions are summer temp roles on a part-time basis during the period of June to August. Working hours vary and include early mornings to late evenings as well as weekends. Recruitment is ongoing, and positions may be filled before the application deadline.
