About the role

As Sales & Customer Support, you are the company's face to the outside world and a key person in ensuring a high level of service and smooth communication. You handle customer inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, and agreements, and actively contribute to developing our processes and customer relationships. The role also involves participating in planning meetings, providing customer insights, and supporting business development within the marketing team.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in customer support, sales, or a similar role
• Is solution-focused, structured, and has a genuine interest in building good customer relationships
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing
• Enjoys working both independently and in a team
• Has relevant education or equivalent experience
