For us, the customer is always number 1, and as a Style & Customer Advisor, you have one of our absolutely most important roles in creating the best experience for our customers! You will work to help, inspire, and guide our customers to make the best purchases – including through our popular subscription service, Lifestyle, which has transformed the industry.

The best part? You get to do it together with a fantastic team consisting of the Store Manager, Opticians, and other Style & Customer Advisors.

Who are you? 

We are looking for someone with several years of work experience in the optical industry, retail, sales, and/or service. To thrive and succeed in this role, we also see that you:

• Are full of energy and have a strong commitment
• Love to exceed expectations by providing great service and spreading a positive atmosphere to customers and colleagues
• Take responsibility for your tasks, dare to take initiatives and think outside the box - you see it as your ultimate goal to guide the customer to the best purchase!
