We are now looking for an engaged inside sales representative who wants to be part of our team in Stockholm.
About the role:
As an inside sales representative with us, you will be a central part of the business – a true spider in the web! You will work closely with our regional sales representatives and support them in their daily work while having direct contact with our customers. The role is varied and includes sales, customer service, and marketing.
Your main responsibilities:
- Support our regional sales representatives with quote work, order management, and customer follow-up.
- Receive customers visiting us on-site and provide them with the best possible service.
- Build and nurture customer relationships via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Manage and develop our marketing, for example, through social media, campaigns, and events.
- Ensure that our customers have a smooth and professional experience from the first contact to delivery.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who is a positive and solution-oriented person with a genuine interest in sales and customer service. You thrive in a dynamic environment where no day is the same as the other. You are structured, communicative, and have an eye for detail. Experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but the most important thing is your attitude and willingness to learn.
We would like you to have:
- Experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written; German is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of marketing, for example, via social media.
- The ability to work independently and take initiative.
