The company will manage all municipal care operations in Landskrona starting in 2025 and is owned by Landskrona municipality.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nursing assistant with us, you will perform tasks within elderly care. An important part of the job is to create a meaningful everyday life for each individual, where you consider each client's individual needs and circumstances. As a nursing assistant, you put the client at the center and always work to achieve the best possible interaction. You will work to support the individual in personal, practical, and existential matters. You will closely collaborate with other professional categories such as nurses, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists. The job also includes performing health and medical tasks by delegation.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant. In your work, you are present and put the client's needs at the center. You are attentive to various needs and can meet people in an engaging and professional manner. You have good social skills and believe that good relationships with clients, colleagues, and management are important. You are easy to collaborate with, solution-focused, and responsible. Since documentation is a significant part of the job, it is important that you feel comfortable with computers and mobile phones and can express yourself well in the Swedish language, both verbally and in writing. You should be able to receive delegations from licensed personnel. Experience from previous work as a nursing assistant is a requirement.

For employment at Landskrona Omsorg, you must present an extract from the criminal record in a sealed envelope. The extract you need to order is called an Extract to check your own information in the criminal record.
