The role of the physiotherapist

As a physiotherapist at Malmö Arena, you will work with assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation of patients with a wide variety of diagnoses and needs. You will meet patients individually and in groups and work together with colleagues in interdisciplinary teams. You will work with pre and post-operative information and rehabilitation as well as assessment and rehabilitation of insurance patients. You are expected to contribute to the development of the operations and supervise students and/or colleagues as needed.

Responsibilities – Leading-edge physiotherapy and rehab

• Assessment and treatment of patients with various diagnoses and issues
• Plan, implement, and evaluate individual rehabilitation
• Follow up treatment results and document in the journal system
• Collaborate with doctors and other team members
• Provide expert knowledge in physiotherapy to colleagues and patients
• Contribute to the development of the operational methods

Qualifications and personal attributes

• Licensed physiotherapist or physical therapist
• Experience in primary care, post-operative rehabilitation, sports medicine is an advantage but not a requirement
• You have an independent, structured, and solution-focused working style
• Good communication skills – you are attentive and contribute to a good team climate
• Comfortable working with technical journal systems and digital tools
• You are engaged, development-oriented, and welcome change
• You enjoy working both independently and collaboratively with colleagues

• Employment type: Permanent employment, a probationary period of 6 months applies
• Scope: Full-time/part-time as agreed
