Technician Wanted at Toyota Växjö

Toyota Växjö has been part of the Göinge Bil group since 2023, and at our state-of-the-art full-service facility, we represent Toyota passenger and commercial vehicles. We currently have 20 employees in Växjö, and together with the Göinge Bil group, we total around 250 employees. Göinge Bil was founded in 1952, and with our long experience, we confidently claim that we know cars and are proud to offer our customers products with the latest technology for the optimal customer experience.

This is how we continuously improve, and our goal is to be the best dealer in our area. As a technician, you will perform service, diagnostics, and car repairs. You will work independently but collaborate with your colleagues. With us, you will receive ongoing training as we are in a rapidly evolving industry where electrification is part of our everyday life. You will be part of a team with other technicians where you collectively strive for both common and individually set goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

To succeed in this role, we see that you have a relevant education in automotive technology, and experience working with vehicle repairs and diagnostics is a requirement. It is advantageous if you have experience with Toyota vehicles, as well as glass repairs and AC work. You have good technical skills and find it easy to absorb information in both Swedish and English. We place great value on having a positive outlook on problems and being easy to collaborate with, as team spirit is very important to us. We consider it essential that you are customer-oriented and have an eye for the customer's best interests, and that you stay updated on developments in the industry. Good computer skills and a B driver's license are required.
