About the Role

The technical organization is a function within Contura AB where we have gathered all manufacturing-related technology. The department consists of knowledgeable and committed employees who work daily to streamline and develop our production, as well as ensure availability and optimal functioning of our machinery.

To further strengthen our team, we are now looking for maintenance technicians who want to contribute to our continued development.

In the role of maintenance technician, you will work with both preventive and corrective maintenance of our machinery. Maintenance is planned in our CMMS where you are expected to report and document completed work.

Our maintenance department is responsible for work and service on all production equipment, which requires a broad technical competence.

We believe you are an unpretentious, proactive, and service-oriented person driven by the desire to learn new things and develop smart working methods for the future. You are practically inclined and have a strong interest in technology.

You have a technical education at the high school or post-secondary level, for example in electrical engineering, automation, and mechatronics. Previous experience in industrial maintenance or troubleshooting is a significant plus.

Since you collaborate daily with colleagues to drive improvement work and problem-solving, it is important that you can communicate in a clear, straightforward, and respectful manner.

It is advantageous if you have experience and knowledge in:

• Industrial maintenance work
• Computer skills and experience with CMMS EAM, MS Office
• Turning and milling
• Welding
• Pneumatics and hydraulics
