We are now looking for a Coordinator/Inventory Specialist in reuse for assignments within circular economy.

Do you want to create climate benefits through concrete reuse work? We are now seeking an engaged coordinator who wants to drive the inventory and structuring of building materials to promote reuse within a municipal group – from internal warehouses to collaboration with community actors.

About the assignment

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and inventorying reuse materials, primarily construction-related, in municipal storage and warehouses. You will work on digitizing information in the existing reuse platform, ensuring correct handling, and supporting disposal or sales where applicable. Your work is central to creating structure and long-term systematics in the transition to a circular economy.

Requirements

Mandatory requirements:

Broad competence in reuse, particularly related to building materials

Experience in coordination work and material inventory

Ability to work independently and drive tasks with a sustainability focus

Good digital skills and the ability to document and structure information in digital tools

Desirable:

Experience from municipal operations or municipal companies

Completed similar assignments in the public or private sector
