Service Technician Wanted in Lagan

We are now looking for an experienced service technician for our client in Lagan.

About the Position

As a service technician, you will play a key role in keeping production running smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with production in a modern manufacturing environment where technology, precision, and availability are crucial.

The machinery consists mainly of injection molding machines, automated units, and other production equipment that requires a broad technical knowledge in mechanics, electricity, and automation. Your contribution is vital to ensure high operational reliability, short downtime, and a stable daily routine in production.

Job Description

You will have an important role in daily operations and contribute to maintaining the highest possible operational reliability in production.

Your tasks will include:

• Preventive and corrective maintenance of machines and equipment
• Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues
• Participation in the installation and commissioning of new machines
• Improvement work to increase availability and efficiency
• Documentation of completed work according to established procedures

We expect you to have:

• Several years of experience in maintenance work within the industry, preferably in the plastics or manufacturing industry
• Good knowledge of mechanics and preferably also electricity and/or automation
• The ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues methodically and accurately
• Experience working with injection molding machines, robots, or other automated equipment is an advantage
• Experience in preventive maintenance and improvement work
• Driver's license (B) (required)
