Real Fastigheter is an entrepreneurial-driven real estate company that owns, manages, and develops commercial properties in light industry, warehousing, logistics, and retail properties. The company is a listed public company on NGM Nordic SME and is in a development phase where it is streamlining and expanding its portfolio of commercial properties. We are now looking for a property manager who wants to take responsibility for our properties in southern Småland - could it be you we are looking for?

Your responsibilities
As a property manager, you will be a central point of contact for our tenants and suppliers. You will work with property viewings and rentals, ongoing dialogue with tenants, procurement and project management of smaller projects, as well as assessing maintenance needs and investments. Negotiations regarding lease terms and changes to premises are also part of the role. You will have great freedom under responsibility and work independently, but with close support from our property manager and a humble, engaged team.

The role is full-time, during the day, starting according to agreement and is based in Värnamo with some surrounding areas (for example, Gislaved, Gnosjö, Anderstorp, Smålandsstenar, etc.). The position involves regular travel within southern Småland.

Your profile
We are looking for someone with a good understanding of the real estate industry, preferably in both the commercial and technical areas, but you may also be the right person for us if you primarily possess knowledge in one of these areas. You are social, communicative, and enjoy customer contact, while also having basic property technical knowledge and an interest in real estate. You are structured, resilient under stress, and humble. A driver's license (B) is required, and you are fluent in Swedish and have good knowledge of English. Post-secondary education in real estate or technology and experience with property systems are advantageous.
