ISS Facility Services has an exciting collaboration with a customer in the automotive industry with several sites in Sweden. We now need to hire an Electrical Operations Leader for our operations and maintenance assignment with this customer in Braås. Are you an experienced Electrician? About the Role

Through your expertise in electricity, you will be responsible for the electrical function in the customer's properties. You will perform supervision, maintenance, service, repairs, assembly, installation, and corrective maintenance. The tasks also include troubleshooting and analysis of problems within electrical systems as well as identifying deficiencies in the labeling of technical systems. You will be responsible for the operation and safety of electrical installations and for ensuring that electrical installations comply with and are monitored according to applicable laws and regulations. Your tasks will include switching within high and low voltage, handling work orders within preventive maintenance, and issuing work certificates. Furthermore, you are expected to participate in projects in the role of technical expert. We see it as natural that you continuously work on improvements and documentation. You will lead and participate in small and large projects together with your colleagues, where you are expected to ensure that we maintain specified functional requirements within the framework of the services.

This is a permanent position that starts with a 6-month probationary period.

Examples of Main Responsibilities and Duties Included in Your Role:

• Supervision, maintenance, service, repairs, assembly, installation, and corrective maintenance.
• Continuous and regular customer contact with a focus on meeting customer expectations.
• Responsibility for operational issues and developing these in consultation with the Site Manager and other colleagues in the operations area.
• Responsibility for ensuring that work is carried out in accordance with the agreed contract.
• Responsibility for and ensuring the development of the assignment so that the contract is operated as efficiently as possible at all times.
• Contact with subcontractors - obtaining quotes, ordering, and following up.
• Responsibility for performing risk management during planned work or disruptions.

Who Are We Looking For?

You are a qualified Electrician with several years of experience – preferably from industrial properties and have previous experience as an Electrical Team Leader and/or Electrical Operations Leader. You have an ECY certificate and knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in the field. Highly meritorious: ESA training. Hot Work, Lift and Forklift certificates, Safe Lifting, High Altitude, Mobile Work Platforms. A B driver's license is a requirement.

You are an engaged and communicative person who strives to deliver results that exceed set goals. Since the work involves many personal contacts both within and outside the organization, good collaboration skills and an interest in people are required. You have good knowledge of Swedish - both spoken and written. High IT maturity with experience in MS Office and case management systems.
