JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for property caretakers for both our substitute pool and summer positions. As a property caretaker, there are many different tasks to solve for our tenants - everything from lock changes to simple electrical and carpentry jobs. The tasks include supervision and rounds of the properties within the area of responsibility. The work involves repairs related to electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and lock changes. As a property caretaker, you will be based at one of our management offices located in the management areas of Väster on Islandsvägen, Öster on Prebendevägen, or Söder on Smedsvängen.

Summer substitutes are sought for four to ten weeks during the holiday period from June to August 2025. After the summer period, there may be opportunities for continued part-time work for those interested. We are also looking for people for our substitute pool where you will work as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants should have practical knowledge and experience in property repairs. Experience in a similar role within property management is an advantage but not a requirement. You have a strong ability to collaborate and build relationships while maintaining a professional approach with a high sense of service and quality. You are quick to learn, open, and positive. You will be part of a friendly workgroup with colleagues who help each other with the tasks that need to be solved during the day.

Great emphasis is placed on your personal suitability for the job. We want you to work to develop long-term and good relationships with our partners and our tenants. A valid driver's license (B category) is a requirement. You should be able to read and understand the Swedish language.
