Vöfab owns and manages premises such as schools, preschools, offices, castles, and cultural and sports arenas in Växjö municipality. We own properties of varying ages and standards and have developed over the past ten years from being a property manager to also becoming a builder. Through our knowledgeable and dedicated employees, we create environments for people to grow throughout their lives.

We are now looking for a caretaker with a sense of service and technology who wants to contribute to the operational service!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you want a varied job where you make a difference every day? As a caretaker, your mission is to ensure that our premises function satisfactorily for our tenants and operations.

Your tasks will include:

• Ongoing maintenance of inventory and premises
• Supervision of alarms, locks, and security systems
• Simple repairs and property technical tasks
• Close collaboration with the operations and tenants

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a high school education and experience in maintenance, property management, and/or experience in a craft profession. You have a technical interest and enjoy learning new things.

As a person, you are handy and have a natural drive to get things done. You have good social skills and thrive in an environment with children and young people. You have the ability to communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders such as contractors, suppliers, tenants, and colleagues.

To succeed and thrive in the role, the ability to work independently, take initiative, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously is essential.

A valid driver's license (B) is a requirement.
